A challenging program fostering women recruitment in Tech, set up by Simplon.co and Digital ladies & Allies.
The main goal of this program is to facilitate women’s access to tech careers to encourage their personal development, promote professional equality but also for the companies to diversify their talents and open up to new types of performances and innovations. It is an urgent matter to spring into actions and commitments through a double pledge national campaign.
On December 19th, 2019, the committed companies were gathered at the very core of BNP Paribas’ BivwAk! incubator in Paris. Many “Digital Ladies & Allies” were present, alongside Dr Aurélie Jean, Doctor of Science and entrepreneur, Mrs Guy Manou-Mani, co-president of Groupe Open and co-founder of #JamaisSansElles, Chiara Corazza from Women’s Forum and sponsor of this project.
